About OTTAWAKI
OTTAWAKI is an online shop for modern indoor and outdoor lighting for Canadian homes: wall sconces, ceiling lights, pendant lights, and outdoor wall lights for porches, entrances and garage walls.
Shipping is free across Canada. We prepare each order within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes a further 5–8 business days. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and our team answers email Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time). OTTAWAKI is operated internationally by WE THE BEST LLC, a company registered in Kentucky, United States; it is not a Canadian corporation.

If a fixture arrives damaged, faulty or is not the one you ordered, we cover the return and send a replacement or a refund, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

When will my order ship?
We prepare and pack each order within 1–3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Transit within Canada takes 5–8 business days, so allow 6–11 business days in total from the date of purchase. Shipping is free on every order.
Can I track my order?
You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (1–3 business days after purchase). You can also follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
Can I cancel my order?
Email support@ottawaki.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has not yet been dispatched we cancel it and refund you in full.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging. Email support@ottawaki.com with your order number (the reason is optional). The full conditions are in our Return and Refund Policy.
